Canadian owned and operated, Schlegel Villages manages quality long-term care and retirement Villages across Ontario. It was 1953 when Wilfred Schlegel bought the family’s first nursing home and today our Villages benefit from a legacy of many years of direct experience co-owning, managing and operating Long-Term Care and Retirement Communities in Ontario. The Village of Erin Meadows off Winston Churchill Blvd. in Mississauga will become our largest Village, offering retirement suites, long-term care, The Riverstone Spa and The Ruby Dining.

FULL SERVICE RETIREMENT SUITES
Our Williamsburg Neighbourhood offers an all inclusive rate which includes all meals, medication administration, 24 hour access to nursing services, assistance with bath or shower once per week in a studio or one-bedroom suite with charming outdoor patio located on the Main Floor of the Village.

RETIREMENT APARTMENTS
Our Becker Neighbourhood is available to those seeking the support they need in order to maintain their independence. Spacious apartments are available in this neighbourhood and include linen laundry and housekeeping, 2 meals per day, 24 hour access to nursing services and complete enjoyment of all amenities and events on Main Street. Additional care levels and medication administration can be provided for an additional fee.

INDEPENDENT LIVING
Our Ailsa Craig Neighbourhood is designed for those seeking to enjoy an active, fulfilling life without worrying about household chores. This lifestyle option allows you to choose a spacious one or two bedroom suite with full kitchens and washer/dryer. Residents receive weekly linen and housekeeping, repair and maintenance services, 24 hour access to nursing services and complete enjoyment of all amenities and events on Main Street. Underground parking and storage is available at most locations.

ASSISTED CARE
Our Egerton Neighbourhood offers a higher level of support for residents with a greater need for physical assistance, 3 meals per day, medication administration, 24 hour access to nursing services and a team dedicated to a higher level of service. Our residents living in our Egerton Neighbourhood benefit from a connection to the greater Schlegel Village and Main Street.

MEMORY CARE
Our Emma’s Neighbourhood offers a higher level of support designed for those residents living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. This neighbourhood is a secure environment, and our dedicated team at the Village is well trained through our LIVING In My Today philosophy. Our residents living in Emma’s neighbourhood benefit from a connection to the greater Schlegel Village and Main Street.

LONG TERM CARE
Our Long Term Care Neighbourhoods provide high quality care specialized to meet the needs of our residents. Admission to long term care is managed by the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC). All of our locations offer Long Term Care with the exception of The Village of Arbour Trails.
